About Marcelino Jr. Morales Tulang
With a career spanning nearly 28 years, Fire Inspector Marcelino Tulang has been at the forefront of public safety and service in various municipalities across Surigao del Norte. Beginning his journey in 1996 with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), he served as Fire Marshal in several key locations, including Placer, Mainit, Malimono, Claver, and Bacuag. His leadership and dedication were instrumental in improving fire station facilities and ensuring community safety.
Before his time in the BFP, Fire Inspector Tulang worked as a Liaison Officer for Tambunting Pawnshop Group from April 1993 to June 1996, sharpening his communication and leadership skills early on.
